All done!

Struggled at first but that maybe due to it being freezing, my legs felt like lead and my breathing seemed more laboured. Still managed a bit of a sprint for the last minute though.

I'm feeling really good at the moment and am looking forward to W6 although I gather it's tougher than you think.

Fabulous- well done! I think that run is a real milestone- it was after that I began to believe that I could get to graduation!

Well done for completing week 5, it is a great feeling. After reading comments here I kept it slow and steady for week 6 and it worked.

Me too... completed Week 5 today. Well done.

I even tried out my new running gloves and headband to keep my ears warm.

I'm impressed you managed a sprint at the he end. I was just struggling to keep my usual pace.

Well done to you as well.

Actually went out again today. My wife likes to walk mainly but also puts a few runs in and I said I would go with her for support. We did 6.2km . Feeling a bit shattered now and will probably have a couple of days rest.

Then again...

Well done Midspur! It's a real achievement! I hope you are feeling proud of your progress! So much of it is about pacing yourself and believing in yourself. Yes, Wk 6 does feel a bit harder for some reason, but keep remembering that you have already done the 20min run, plus this extra run of 6.2km(!) and Wk6 is well within your ability! Good luck!

Good luck with week 6. I'm sure you'll be fine. Just take it one step at a time :-)
