Second time trying this!

I started the programme last year and got discouraged when I twisted my ankle in a rabbit hole, so I have started again. This time I did a lot of preparation, psyching myself up emotionally, making sure I had everything in place practically and checking with doc. To make sure my heart was up to it. A nice week running! Helped by the sunny dry crisp weather.
