Week 2 Run 2 complete :)

Came home from work early and decided to go straight out before it got dark. Started with my usual route through the wood behind my house, but decided it was too dark to complete the circuit that way so came back along the streets. Only downside was that the last run and walk was up hill! Still, I managed it ok - was really pleased with myself!

I am completely knackered now (could go to bed!), but at least I know I can go out after work!

Well done! One of the things I really like about running after work is that i do sleep soundly! Which is a good thing when it all gets a bit stressful!
