W3R2 I can...........

Started this 3 weeks ago, when I was not able to run more than 60 seconds. I'm 62 and never thought I could run for 3 minutes, but I just did it again this morning. Reading all the other posts has given me the encouragement to do this. I'm terrified about what's to come, but I was also terrified 3 weeks ago to run for 3 minutes:)

Well done I'm a mere 60 year old. Done me the world of good. Regularly doing 6K and a bit for about 40 minutes 2 times a week. Become a good habit now. Let us all know how you get on.

I didn't like to say being so modest ! You've obviously seen me in my old School Cross Country running vest I posted some time ago !

Well done - you can definitely do this! Just keep it slow and steady.

You are doing great! Slow and steady is the way!

I'm very young at 59, (cough, cough), began the programme in July, graduated September, and have managed to run 5k non stop!

Take it one run at a time, the programme prepares you for each run in turn.

Don't forget to enjoy and celebrate each new milestone 😃🏃🏼‍♀️

You're doing brilliantly! don't worry about what's to come just keep it going slow and steady. The snails and tortoises are first to the finish line in this race (sorry journey!) We all experienced that terror but just look how many graduates there are.

ps. my mum is 77 and she is now on week 7 :-) so age is definitely irrelevant!!

Slow, steady and focus on now... not next. :)

You have come this far, as you say and you are getting to that Graduation podium steadily and safely. Well done !
