After nearly 3 weeks of IC,decorating & and just having a break got off my backside and went for a run and managed a distance of 4.7 km in the 38 minutes. Will see what the light is like after the clocks go back tonight to see if I run in the morning or in the evening.

I ran in the dark on Thursday night ☺ I just went a bit slower as you have to watch where you put your feet. it can be black as pitch at pavement level! wore my head torch and carried a hand torch too. Felt like a ninja 😊

It's fun!

The legs don't forget how to run. Good work getting back to it.
