Since the nice people at Heathunlocked asked me to be an administrator and run the quest I have committed to spending more time here, and I am loving every minute of it. With that in mind I have decided to fill in my profile so everyone can see how I came to be part of this wonderful site.
All those unexpected bonuses that come with running, free of charge. Just being part of this community is a mood boost. Your journey is very moving and I wish you and yours all the best for the future and thanks for being our friendly neighbourhood administrator.

A triathlon Realfoodieclub! Get you. Your story made me rather emotional and got me intrigued as to what this triathlon event you had signed up for was about. Wow! You're mum would be so chuffed as I'm sure your husband is. I think you may be able to encourage others on here to do it to... What do you think?
Its a fanatsic one. I have been mentioning it. I went last year and it has such a lovely family supportive atmosphere. It's all about encouraging beginners. Any queries they are only too happy to help. Also it's for a great cause as well. I will be bringing it up every now and then as I go through my training so maybe other might try. Thank you for you kind words.
Ah it took me ages to do a smiley and I wanted to express myself more clearly. Really why don't you do a post about it and see if anyone is up for joining. I don't have a bike and swim as slowly as I run sadly, but it sounds very inviting. What a great site HealthUnlocked is and what an inspiration you are. May be some of us could come and spur you on - on the day, unless some on here decide to join up too.
