Canicross

Week 3 run 2 completed. Not only have I loved running outside but I am about to do my first Canicross run with Charlie this weekend. ( a bit like cross country with your dog and a group of other runners with their dogs). I have gone from feeling too self conscious running in the great outdoors to loving it. I would never have considered this without C25k and support from this forum have really helped. Onwards and upwards.
