His daughter was a runner already I think, Paul and his son did c25k and I remember they also had a little pooch all kitted out at a race with them. So many nice people come through this forum.

Not been on here a while, I'm still running, well you know what I mean, not progressed since 5k really but my daughter and I now signed up for a end of February 10miler , no pressure lol

I didn't do the HM in the end as pulled an Achilles which halted training grrr

Good to see you again Paul. I haven't posted much the last couple of months because I've been running more often (!), soon to change with this weather mind. Also been manic here in the countdown to Christmas but I'll be back after the holidays. Torn achilles must have been really painful but well done you making a come back. Good to hear that the Ipswich contingent is still up and running.
