OMG I just ran for 20 mins 🏃♂️that's 2.5 times longer than it takes light to reach us from the sun 🌍🌝. My body is currently telling me that it no longer wants to be part of my life and that I need to pack and get out.
That was awesome and painful in equal measures (actually 60/40 in favour of pain) and I am now officially over 50% of the way.
I might go back to week 1 next week just to laugh at myself and how i moaned that I could never do it so why bother starting.
So if you are reading this and thinking it can't be done, well I am living (just) proof that it can.
I even spent next week's doughnut money on new plimsols 👟👟on tuesday so this man is not for turning.
Onwards and upwards week 6 here I come (as soon as I can stand up again)
