Well it took me two weeks to get there but I finally did it, not easy by any means, did I enjoy it, yes I think so. Just got to 25mins very slowly I hasten to add and my lovely new trotters met with a pile of doggie poo. So the joy of getting to 25mins was very much spoilt. Nay mind onwards to week 8 I go. Once again this site and the lovely folk on it are amazing. Good luck to everyone wherever you are on your running journey.
