So just completed W7R3 and am struggling with 25mins of running! Doing 20mins of running I was feeling fab and flying (was getting pretty good times aswell!) , this week I'm really finding it difficult, I haven't given in and stopped but am fighting to get to the end......I am really hoping its just a bad week but any tips would be great as I'm defo fearing W8 and 28mins non stop!

My suggestion would be to do your next run nice and slowly. That way you’ll complete it and be pleased with how long you have run for. I did that in week 8 for r2 and ended up having one of my most comfortable runs. It’s what I’m telling myself to do on tomorrow’s run! Enjoy that next run.

Struggles are there to be defeated, and you did that, well done.

A very slight drop of pace can make a huge difference to the feel of a run.

The tough runs still make you fitter and stronger... you can do week 8.

Don't worry, I found week seven really hard too for some reason, slow down a little if you like and you'll be fine. Good running
