Stamina run

I don't know which forum to post in. I should really be Bridge to 10K but I can't quite leave Couch to 5k and all my virtual friends here!

So today I ran in a nice park for a change. It is a drive from home but we were visiting nearby. A bit hilly in places, but the downhills were nice. I made sure I was near the top for the final 5 minutes at 165bpm.

Not too many people around, just enough that it didn't feel deserted.

I passed a woman wearing a Red Cross jacket, name tag and t shirt, carrying her first aid bag. She seemed to be waiting for someone, possibly prospective patients. I thought she looked me over to see whether I was likely to fit the bill :) I am sure I didn't look that bad.

You'll find many familiar faces lurking on the other forum.

Ha ha , Oh Sue !

I had 2 St Johns Ambulance cyclists hanging around me on a race I did once . I felt very reassured that if I did collapse in a crumpled heap at least I would get immediate attention :-) xxx

I prefer this forum. I love reading what everyone at every stage of the program is up to.
