W9R2 completed tonight, in the dark, after being held up at work and phone calls. I was determined to get out though!
Looking forward to my graduation run, planned for Saturday. I'm thinking of signing up for my first parkrun next weekend, and have found a 5k event happening near me in December
I ran with MapMyRun! Distance: 6.04km, time: 42:11, pace: 6:59min/km, speed: 8.59km/h.
Doing Parkrun for your graduation run is a great idea! All those people will inspire you to go that bit faster, and also to keep running once you have graduated.
