Week 6 run 3 very eventful

Well today I completed week 6 run 3, not without a couple of hiccups. Started well then came across a young girl who had dropped her school bags, all her work being blown around the street, stopped to help her.. approx 1 min... Headed off to find a pot hole and turned my ankle, quick stop to check and continued with a bit of a hobble. Carried on and did 27mins to account for the stoppages.. So can I tick that off or should I do it again. I through a few F's at the pot hole mind you xx

I think you can class it as a successful run bearing in mind you helped someone out and ran with an injury!

Bit mystified as to why you went looking for a pothole to step in though... :-)

Sounds like it's ticked off to me (pardon the pun)! You could always do an extra W7 run to compensate if you needed as they are same length as you have just done. Don't know about you but I want to keep the momentum going if I possibly can. Happy running :-)

Sounds successful to me. Well done to you 😃

Yes well done , triumph over adversity and being a hero gives you the kudos. There's no Spanish Inquisition or Stewards Inquiry on here.

I said I had done 5K at one point then found out the lake perimeter I was running was shorter than I thought. I was given the benefit of the doubt like Columbus who thought he was in India but was really in America !

Anyone can have the odd hiccup !! If your happy were happy !! Tick that Pesky Box !

Just carry on. Week 7 is three more of the same 25 minute runs, so no reason to repeat!
