last night me and hubby completed week 5 run 1, this week there are longer runs, finishing up with a 20 min run which im not looking forward to. But we are doing it with our running group so shouldnt be too bad.

Try to modify your mindset...
"not looking forward to..." ------ Change to ------ "looking forward to finishing..."
You have completed 16 runs already, week 5 run 3 is simply "run number 18"
There is nothing to fear, just plenty to anticipate with respect. You will run for twenty minutes if you do it slowly. Prepare yourself by doing some facial stretches, otherwise the fixed grin you will have for the next week might hurt.
