In a different city for work. Decided to go for a run and got totally lost. At least in made me run further than I meant to and run my fastest pace for 1km yet. Amazing what adrenalin can do 😊

Yes, that happened to me recently! I had to call my husband to come and get me, it took him half an hour to drive to where I ended up!

The new tom tom sport watch records your run and can " tell" you the way back πŸ˜€πŸ‘£

Getting lost is one of the joys of running 😏

You can't be lost as you have some vague idea of where you are ☺ it turned out all right though didn't it. Better than you expected. When you have new sights to see it gives you a greater sense of purpose I suppose.

I use goodrunguide to look for new run routes. You can home in on a particular area, it shows footpaths and tracks too. You are represented by a little running man so you can see where you are on the route, all from your armchair. Gives you a clearer idea of where to go. You can jot down street name if needs be and take if with you.

Have fun! ☺
