Week 9, run 2 achieved in lovely sunshine this morning. Not sure I am near to running 5k but pleased all the same, to be running for 30 minutes. 😅

Well done 60Mouse.
Distance isnt the issue, but rather being able to run/plod for 30 minutes without stopping is key.
If youkeep it up upon graduation, you will get the distance evenatually.
