Fun run today

After my 51 min run on Monday, Paul-runs-sometimes and I took ourselves up to Bushey Park for a fun run via Hampton Court along the Thames to Kingston Bridge and back through the deer park... It was great. We ran for around 45 mins with a couple of walk breaks. (Only allowed after graduation πŸ˜‰). Tourist piccy as promised.

It was a good flat route which will be fine underfoot in winter too.

Happy running everyone.😊

Yes, no music or podcasts just taking in the views...

Silly us though...there was a stag bellowing near the car when we got back and we were watching it, and forgot to do any stretches at all post run.....😯

May regret that this weekend eh?

That's a lovely area to run. Watch out for Danzargo - he runs along the river in the Richmond area.

Ooh Ullyrunner...is that a bad thing in 'watch out'.. or a good thing in fellow c25ker ? 😯😊

Not sure I know the name Danzargo.

No no definitely good - he's a lovely guy that used to put really funny posts on the forum. Haven't heard from him for some months though.
