You aren't daft. I'll tell you how daft I am. I have only just realised that C25k means couch to 5k and not couch to 25k. I thought C25K was a different program for those running 25K! I have been ignoring anything to do with C25K because that's too difficult for me.😆

Weeks 5 & 6 have different runs/podcasts, all the others you do 3 times. I'm so dim I thought I could just pick which one I wanted to do on 5 & 6, took me a while to realise you have to do all 3!

Yep that's right. All the runs are the same in the remaining weeks so just play it 3 times and move on.
