Run 1 of week 2 done yesterday. Feeling chuffed albeit a bit achy this morning. Cannot believe how much i enjoy doing this. I am especially proud as i am very very overweight x

Well done! You're doing brilliantly and loving it already is a very good sign! You deserve to feel proud. Stretch and respect those rest days in order to help the aches. Great work, keep going. :)

That's great - hang on to that feeling and just keep going. Running is for everyone, all shapes and sizes (I'm certainly not small and am amazed each time I complete another run) :-)
