I completed week 1 at the weekend and now planning to complete week 2 this week. I have been stuck in a rut for so long and feel my fitness level is zero! I really want to shift some weight too and having started this, it has helped me stick to healthy options at meals. Feel great now that I've got started and really want to keep it going. Good intentions and all that. . . but I thought if I joined this, it might encourage me to keep going!

well done for compleating wk1. i know what you mean by stuck in a rutt and zero fitness levels, Its amazing how mentaly good i feel about myself so far and iv only done 2 runs!!!! i got wk1 r3 tomorrow and realy looking forward to it, (i never thought i hear myself say that im looking forward to going for a run) i realy hope i stick at this and prove to myself that 'I CAN' and boost my self confidence. Well Done! it feels good knowing that you're doing something positive doesn't it. Its a lovely time of year to be getting outside now. I have just completed W9 r1 and never thought that I would stick at the program,but each run leaves me thinking"I did it" "Go me!" lol. I even sgned up to do the Great South Run in October so that has given me all the more reson to keep going. Well done again.
I'm starting W2 R1 today. So we're are at the same place. The weather has been lovely but still I find it hard to motivate myself to get outside, which I am about to do in half an hour! It's great reading people's posts though and that does motivate me. Good luck.
