Wk 8 Run3 - Smashed It!

Can't believe it - really struggled to get out of bed this morning but gave myself a good talking to and set off for run 3. Once I started it felt good and it was a lovely sunny morning so I decided to add a little extra loop into the top of my run. Was determined not to look at my watch and decided to run as far as I could (albeit at my usual slow pace). So I got to my usual end of run point, checked the time and I had run for 30 minutes!! Couldn't believe it - I am so thrilled and now I know I can do 30 minute runs I just need to do it three times more this week to graduate. Bring it on !!!
