Headed out to my 2nd Park run yesterday and ran it in 32mins51. Really happy as I only had to stop to walk once and it was for less than a minute to steady my breathing and then I was off again. Felt good. However, I have injured myself because I rolled my ankle towards the start and it felt a bit uncomfortable, but I didn't take much notice of it. It started hurting a lot after sitting down to some lunch and it has ached all night. With my 10k 2 weeks away, I am worried about it, so I'm resting today in the hopes of will magically be OK tomorrow 😢
