A timely kick up the backside

I've had a busy week and have been struggling to find the time to get out for a run. However, my Christmas card order arrived from Headway yesterday and as some of you will know amateurwriter is their ambassador this year and features on the back of the cards. So thank you Siobhan you managed to give me the kick up the backside to get out yesterday.

By the way I'm not normally this organised with Christmas cards and the like. This is a one off.
