My wife and I completed run 2 of week one last night and although we're just starting off, there was a big improvement on run 1, we covered a lot more distance. We run along the canal in Chesterfield so when we finish we have a long walk back which we do quite briskly so all in all we're doing very well.
I just hope and prey we both remain injury free, fingers crossed.
Looking forward to Friday and getting past week one.
Onwards and upwards!

I run with my husband too. It's good to have company, especially if it gets a bit tough. Enjoy!!
Morning Quaker, well done on joining the programme and your run! One thing i realised was that if you turn round halfway through the podcast you will be close to home when you finish. Stick with it. Good luck and happy running
Ey up! We probably passed each other as I was running the canal last night 😀 it was dead busy wasn't it 😊 I nearly got as far as Nona's before heading back. It was a bit hot wasn't it
Don't bother about distance covered. It's not about that. It is just about finishing ☺
