Week 9 run 3 done, I can't believe I just said that. Thank you everyone for sharing your inspiring stories. Thank you to everyone who replied to my posts. Thank you to Laura. It was so hot this evening but I had to do it. I chose a slightly harder route to stay in the shade, long grass in places and plenty of sheep poo to avoid! So I only managed 3.5km and my legs ached. My plan now is to keep going then build on it and I feel more qualified to offer encouragement to all the newcomers (and there does seem a lot coming through). Keep it up everyone it is worth it these are some of my results so far: I feel proud and pleased with myself, I climb stairs without much thought, I breathe easier and when I get home from work I want to do something. Not forgetting the fact that I go out on public in my shorts and run till I'm beetroot coloured.
I will run 5k but it might take a while Holiday first then I'll be back! Woop woop
