We have such a complicated week...one of our running buddy kids has an extraction at the dentist tomorrow morning and then I am going to the cull zones so the next couple of runs are going to have to be done separately which will be strange as we've been running as a family. I am going to do W4R2 tomorrow morning with two of the kids while one parent and one child go to the dentist appointment, then they will do the run the next day.

Then I will do W4R3 on my own in the west Country, probably on Friday, possibly on pavements (eek) and the others will do it nearer home. Then we hope to all be doing the first run of week 5 together on Sunday- provided we have managed W4 runs!

I feel worn out reading that, but it all sounds very positive... Keep at it and well done!!
