I'm on my W3 R1 tonight. I'm nervous about the jump too, I was contemplating doing week 2 again, because i can't see my self doing 3 minutes. I only just manage the 90 seconds lol.
I will have a go and may need to stay on week 3 until i have it mastered.

Yay, go you! Week 3 was one of the hardest for me and beetroot was my colour too! I remember writing in my journal for week 3 "What? 3 minutes? All at once?!!!"
You toughed it out, you did it! Just keep on going, just like you are and run by run your body will be stronger and stronger. Really well done
