I have been reading a lot recently about the podcasts with the support of Laura? I am just wondering that Podcast you all listen too, is it the NHS C25K OR the NHS C25K+?
I am nearing my third run and I am worried that when I start the next week my run time will double and need the motivation to keep me going. I know everyone has mentioned about the cheesy music but I think this will help me! dont judge me lol!

You listen to the c25k podcast while doing the programme, and if you want to, when you've graduated use the c25k+ podcast. But first get used to completing c25k and go on towards 5k distance when ready. There's no rush! Just keep on consolidating 30 min runs after graduation..
My wife starts w4soon, and she's just a tad nervous about doing the longer runs, but I have ensured her she has nothing to worry about, and nor have you, as c25k is designed to gradually build you up for the longer runs.. And we have the motivation on here to keep you going, so keep on posting! Good luck!😊
Listen to the advice... davelinks has got it all there.. Slow and steady.
Focus on the moment and not on what is to come... we all remember what it feels like, but the programme will take you through it so gradually.
Forget speed, and distance that can come after Graduation. One step at a time, and don't forget, ..." it does not matter how slow you go as long as you do not stop!"
I'm on the C25K but there isn't any music? I just play my own playlists for running on my phone and Laura talks over them when she needs to
Thanks everyone for your replies. I am currently running with my partner and he is good at keeping the motivation up. I think on the runs when he cant come with me then I will use the podcast.
