After my aborted run on Tuesday due to simply being too tired and runninh at the end of a day, today I managed it. I'm still not fling great energy wise but pushed through till the end so I'm pleased. We go away today for 5 days into the peak district for me to walk as it's the tenth anniversary since my youngest son died so it's a difficult time but also feeling bit unsure of running in an unknown area etc. We'll see but glad I managed a second 25 minute -er!

Well done to you. This weather saps our energy I think, but hats off to you because you did it.
I hope you take your running shoes with you as that would be a glorious place to run. And I hope you get some solace from your break. x

Good for you on that Run, and may you find some peace and guiding insight as you remember your son.

Well done you! Walking or running while you are away should give you plenty of head space to remember & celebrate your son. Hope you return feeling ready to push on to graduation
