Completed, but may redo week 6 as I still get very tired doing the runs without walks in between. Tired and heavy legs. Does anyone else feel the same?

Lots of water helps Jazzi14 - if you are well hydrated it really helps reduce the lead legs feeling. It needs to be steady hydration throughout the day, not a hasty water bottle before you start, that'll give you stitch! :-)

Thanks Scruffy. I have not been drinking until after the run is completed. Much appreciated.

I wish I had repeated some of my 'success' days on the way to Graduation - I think I kind of rushed on to the next stage a few times when I should have done what you are thinking of, repeating them a time or two until confident you really have cracked them :) Just my viewpoint and I am sure, if you listen to your body, you will do what is right for you :)

I was in the same potsition myself last week. I took the advice from here and really slowed down my pace. I felt sure that some could walk faster, but I was still jogging at a nice steady rhythm and I managed w6r3 and I'm nowhere near as tired as when I ran last time. So slow down and believe that you can do it. Because you can. Xx

I get heavy leaden legs too. Before C25k I definitely didn't drink enough during the day. I would go days drinking only tea or coffee and no extra water. One of the added benefits of the programme for me is that it is making me drink more. I am now achieving 2 litres of water most days of the week and I definitely feel better for it.
