Hi, new to running and sore shins, nothing new about that, but does anyone have any other tips? I have read about ice, compression socks, foam rolling, backing off mileage etc. It's my own fault, went basically from just walking each morning to doing a 5k parkrun (didn't run the whole way though), had to keep stopping due to immense shin pain, got the C25K so will go back and start at the start !!!!!
