W4R2 & 3

So Week 4 has been abit crazy but I was able to do it in my new surroundings (Port Elizabeth) where I will be for the next 3 weeks :)

Today is very windy (40 knots) so will leave today for my rest day and hopefully tomorrow the wind dies down for both running and my fieldwork on the sea!

Hope everyone else is doing well? Any tips for the deaded W5R3?

What a beautiful picture. Is that where you run? Idyllic!

Well done on finishing week 4. I cannot imagine running in that wind! Glad it's a rest day for you :)

The only advice I can ever give but especially for wk5r3 is Start slow and keep it slow. Slow and steady wins that race ;) Good luck and enjoy your 3 weeks in such a beautiful place.

Yes, that was my second run of week 4 early morning rise on Saturday - Did the run as a fun run and even got a medal :).

The parkrun's here are also along this beach so will tackle run 3 while doing the parkrun on Saturday staying far at the back.

Thanks for the advise! All the best for your week ahead

Just relax and head out KNOWING that youncan do it because by then you will be ready for it. Looks like a great place to run by the way but only if you can get that wind behind you!
