Did W5R3 yesterday after my three day rest! Was totally looking forward to it and then i go and misplace my ear phones! No option but to run without the podcasts.... And a 20 minute stretch to boot. Wasn't sure I could do it when I started but imagined all of you running with me, encouraging me to stay slow and steady and that helped. So thank you everyone for the advice on resting enough and slowing down the pace! And yes the runner's high is back!😁😁😁
Bit given how great W4R3 was and how tough W5R1 was, I'm going to approach W6 cautiously.
