W8R1 tomorrow.....feeling nervous because of the heat but plan to get up and go earlier. Want to succeed but starting to feel the pain now....did find out that another dog walker where I run told my husband today that she has been so impressed by what I have achieved it has inspired her to download and do the C25K herself....I am proud as punch that I have inspired someone regardless of how far I run...
I will do it...: W8R1 tomorrow.....feeling... - Couch to 5K
I will do it...
C25k is just a circle of inspiration! Those who were inspired once by others then inspire others who begin and the circle continues. You've done great to get to Week 8 and you are probably inspiring even more people than you know about as not all of them are going to offer that information out. Well done, keep going, you're so close to 30 minutes now!
That is fantastic! The health benefits of running are amazing and now you have passed that on to someone else! Just nice and steady, relax your shoulders and breathe slowly and deeply and keep going !!
Ohh isn't that great to inspire others like that. Well done 🌟🌟
That's wonderful. Don't forget you are inspiring all sorts of people on this forum too. Reading the posts of those ahead of you is definitely an inspiration, and helps newbies to see it is all possible. Good luck tomorrow - I really enjoyed week 8, hope you do too 😀
Aww that's great! Nice to hear that c25k is rubbing off on those around you and really good that you are inspiring others and demonstrating that it is doable 😁😁😁
Soooo close now and you've passed the baton too😊 I know what you mean about starting to feel it but Week 8 is going to be amazing and before you know it you'll be in graduation week!! The added benefit of reaching week 8 of course...
...you get to meet Julie😂
Great stuff Jmiss !
I bet you felt so proud hearing that you've inspired someone else to do the programme !
Good Luck ,yes you CAN do this ! xxx
Wow, I'm not surprised you feel proud. Well done!
Be kind to yourself Enjoy your running - remember, there are only 'practice' runs and 'success' days. Anyone doing this programme is a winner - the only failure would be to quit when you really don't want to in your heart and soul I doubt if anyone here will ever win the Boston Marathon - but I also bet we enjoy ourselves a whole lot more when we are out there putting one foot in front of the other, going onward and upward slowly but steadily
Wow, that's brilliant, keep on going!
