I know they say no pain no gain well there was definitely pain so I hope there was also gain.

Laura tells me I ran for 16 mins. 16 mins can you believe that.

Incidentally since starting this programme not that it matters but I've put on nearly a kg. maybe to get fitter I have to get fatter. 😱

Stronger! Muscle weighs 9 times as much as fat, so probably you're building muscle - go you, 16 minutes!

16 minutes you ran for! 16 minutes!! What an accomplishment. You're now running more than walking. Well on your way now. Well done :)

Brilliant and well done - don't worry about those scales for now - it's not fat :-) and you ran for 16 minutes - what a great feeling :-)

Well done Titch121 I remember struggling on this one but what I did on the next run was see how easy it was to run 1min and then 1-30min and even 3min and remember what it was like when I first started. The progress is amazing.

good to follow this post as I am a wee bit behind Titch and I can see how the 90 secs is so so so much easier now than it first was. Clever programme. Hope the person who made it gets knighted
