Got this on Sunday gave a test drive this morning hopefully I will see tiny improvements as I carry on and at least if I don't get any faster I will now how far I have gone. Double bonus I managed to download the photo after doubting myself

Yes it is shows a bit a dedication though I think I might have to self finance the other bits as that was a present fron the wife and I don't want to push my luck

It was a chilled day will have a look at Garmin Connect will have to see if I can connect the watch to the IPad
