My Gymboss. $39.99

I even set it up "all by my little self" . 2 minutes run, 30 seconds walk. It is a start.

I will probably give it a go tomorrow.

If I can cope with it and get a better PB than running non stop, who knows, it could be my new way of life.

Get out of my way Galloway, I will conquer the world.....

Flashy...very impressive.. I wish I could get to grips with my Garmin! It seems to do what it wants!!!

I have a TomTom watch which does not have all the functions I want like vibrating and beeping for intervals so this little Gymboss will be a good addition to it.

I used the Gymboss this morning. It worked well for me. I need it because my TomTom watch does not have this option.

The Gymboss is just a timer. It is simple, basic and it works. I had it on beap and vibrate. Two minutes (to run) and thirty seconds (to walk).

I first placed it at the bottom of my shirt. Not good, so moved it to the top of my shirt / sports bra by my collar bone. I could feel it as well as hearing it.

What I did find is that I was very aware of it, waiting for the beap, making sure I would not miss it, so I could not just daydream as I usually do. But then it is probably because of this type of running : run, walk, run, walk.......

I still have to get used to it. Not sure about it.

I am like that at the gym, when will this interval end...how long another minute surely this isn't correct. Out running you will find you get use it as you say you don't want to miss the beep. After a while you will get into into the flow.

I also don't get the feeling of having achieved something. It is strange.
