Hubby decided I deserved a treat for sticking with the program so I now have a Fitbit Charge HR complete with pretty sleeve. Have no idea what the heart rate means but sure it will make sense one day ! Wonder what treat my actual birthday will bring.
Note the two empty dog beds - obviously not good enough for my two, they are on the sofa ! 😀😀

Yep - and that was before lunch! I've nearly hit my 10k target for today now. It's coz I went on my week 4 run (I use that term very loosely still!) and then had to take the dogs out when I got back.
Us chaps are not very good with this side of life, but surely that pretty sleeve is going to clash badly with the colour of your running tunic?
I work on the principal that flowers come in all colours and they always go together so apply the same logic to my own outfits!! Lets just say not many people would share my wardrobe - running or otherwise

How was your run?
It was good. I'm dogged by techy issues though. Today my headphones went flat. Thank goodness for Runkeeper I managed to finish without Laura.
