W6R3 done ...

It's taken us 12 weeks to get to this point but yesterday we ran 25 mins without stopping! We are thinking if repeating week 6 a couple more times before continuing, as we've done for the other weeks. We'll see. We enjoy reading all the posts and it helps to put our experience in perspective. We = husband and me, both mid-50's and never run before!! Looking forward to that celebration at the end of week 9.

Think you should absolutely do that if it is an approach that has worked for you. There is no right or wrong ( well, apart from rest days and listening to your body) so go for it and good luck is my view!
