Well it may have been slow but today I actually managed my first 5k. I was determined today would be the day and continued until I had completed the milestone (for me) of the magic 5k. π π
Now onwards to more 5k's and then improving my pace to do it in quicker time than current snail pace.π

Yep; def slow & steady in my case. But I'm not really worried how long it takes me, the fact I can run 5k is absolutely incredible and unbelievable! π¬
I already feel like that at week 8 and can't believe I can now run for 28 minutes. When I look back at where I have run it still amazes me. Even as a teenager I didn't run and was convinced I couldn't ! Great isn't it ππ
Yay! Well done. I did my first 5k yesterday, no where near 30 mins thou but like you my goal is to do more of them and improve my time. Really felt like I'd pushed myself.
Hi, we were exactly the same today π felt great but it took me 36 mins I have ever followed every week of couch to 5k should I be able manage this within the 30 mins?
Very few people manage 30 mins, personally I'm no where near that. But considering I always thought I couldn't run in very happy with what I've achieved.
Oh I was absolutely over the moon, considering I had to stop the day before! It was a passing comment that someone said - so you can do 5k in 3o mins. Just got me thinking lol
Brilliant!!! That is my next target to make should i am running the full 5k
