Just take the looking forward thought with you. I know what you mean coz I felt exactly the same when I went for the same run on Monday but do you know what when I finished it gave me the biggest buzz ever!

Just listen to Laura, take it steady and before you know it she will be telling you there are just 60 seconds left and you will fly through them.

Good luck and enjoy πŸ˜€

You don't need luck, just keep on with what you've been doing.

Don't dread it, think about how good you'll feel afterwards.

Good luck :)

You can do this ! You've done 20 you can do 25, promise :-)

If it helps break it down into small chunks in your head , 2 x 2.30 minutes . You are going to feel amazing after this one , like you've won the Grand National, the FA Cup, the Boat Race , the whole lot !

Lets do this thang ! :-) xxx

Wishing you happy running and - COOL! I am at the same stage (but it's W7D2 on this US version :) ) so we can run 'together' :) I am anticipating the challenge, but not scared of these times anymore when I think how scared I was of W1D1 and how simple it would be to run THAT right this moment :)

We will both do this on our own together - deal? ;)

You can do this! (And if it's a 'nearly' then you know it's all good practice and there's next time to try again... Not trying in any way to suggest that you won't manage it, but just that it's not the end of the world!)

Considering you were setting off 30 mins ago you'll be either nearing the end of the 25 minutes, just like you knew you could! No more intervals, I thought it got better when the walking phases stopped getting in the way. Hope you feel fabulous!!

Good luck. I felt like that, it feels like such a big jump but everything you've done so far has led up to it. (that'll teach me not to read the times on posts! Well done for smashing it)

Hope you enjoyed that amazing feeling that you had run for a whole 25 minutes non stop as much as I did. Brilliant - hope you keep grinning all night πŸ˜€
