That was a touch one, tried Saturday 23rd July abandoned half way the heat and other people sharing the pathway was too much but kept walking for 30 minutes with some runs in between. Had 5 days off which is wayy long for me normally 2 days rest or 3 days max. I had too much going on with meeting deadline with work, helping others and home life, my c25k run was beginning to become a thing of the past so today I decided I shall run no mater what, I must get back with Laura.
Off I went then find a comfortable pace and keep running until Laura said stop as always music to my ears. Keeping fingers crossed I graduate next week.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Thanks Pollyp, 11 weeks that's brilliant I think I started in May somewhere the early weeks was very touch and I suffered so many ailments in between. It's not until I've reached W7 that I've managed to be able to run in comfortable pace be it the weather warmed up some.
Well done you. 💫💫 Life just gets in the way sometimes and a change to the routine can be catostropic! You found your running space and smashed it. Hurrah!
Thanks Ellymeg, yes life has got too much in the way for me and work as well, everything was quiet then mayhem. I'm glad and feel great for able to running the whole of 28 minutes today, I'm back with Laura and I'm happy, running is so addictive.
Thanks McFatty, yes I did make the most of Julie today I couldn't wait to hear about her for some reasons I know when that song come on, I'm usually settled in my run and concentrate to get to the end.
I'm wondering what songs are in W9, I shall wait and see.
