I woke up deliberately early on Tuesday and managed to do W8R1 and am well up for W8R2 tonight. Been cajoled by a friend into doing my first park run on Saturday morning (which I'm a little nervous about!!) but think it will be a good way to conclude W8R3 even if I have to walk a little at the end(which I'm hoping not to.

Ooh go you! The word Parkrun sends little shivers of trepidation up and down my spine. Not for me just yet but it sounds like even though you say you're a bit nervous, there's a bit of excitement too? Enjoy tonight's run and definitely let us know how Saturday goes. Good luck
