Those of you ahead of me will know that means I have completed run 3 of week 6 πΎ. This weeks music has been pretty good in my opinion and this morning it was all I could do not to bounce as the beat was reminiscent of my Saturday evening partying! I picked up the pace for the final 60 seconds as Laura suggested and finished on a high. When she told me I was officially a runner I whooped so loud I startled a blackbird out if the hedgerow π
Officially a runner π: Those of you ahead of me... - Couch to 5K
Officially a runner π

Good effort you runner you. I also spooked someone this morning made the milkman jump he nearly dropped his empty bottles.
Oh man, you live somewhere that has real milkmen? And bottles? Jealous. Much!
Just because I live in village does'nt mean we are totally out of touch with civilisation
Oh hope you didn't think I was being negative. I'd LOVE to live in a village where there were milkmen. I haven't seen a milk float in years. It's all plastic cartons where I am and go get it from the local supermarket
Ah, poor blackbird!
And well done, great isn't it?

Yeay! That moment is amazing!!!!
Well done RUNNER!
Hope your Birthday bash was wonderful.. which shoes did you wear?
Both ! I started with pink ones, changed to one of each for about an hour then the blue ones until I just had to dance in bare feet π
I am in awe of the fact that you can dance in high heels!
As are many. It's a sign of a very mis-spent youth π
I thought I had a misspent youth - I was clearly deluded! (although I did pride myself on being able to run down hill in heels, don't think I could do it now!!)

Yay go you! It's a fabulous feeling isn't it. I really did enjoy week 6 after my nightmare week 5. You're going to love week 7 I'm sure.

Congratulations. With that title you can shout it out to everyone. Just don't scare any more wildlife. X Enjoy the rest of the programme.

It's an awesome moment when Laura calls you a runner, isn't it?! Well done!

Congratulations! I think i'm missing out a bit by not using Laura (I use RunDouble) - I did w7r1 yesterday so am definitely a runner! And MichaelH070862 I live in a city centre and we have a milkman who uses proper bottles and who comes in from the countryside nearby. He delivers at about 4am though so I am unlikely to surprise him.

Congrats - what a great feeling
