I didn't know about it but will check it out, thanks. I ran 3 X 30 minutes for a couple of weeks then on a good day, kept going to 5k in 43 mins. After that, I did 3 X 5k a week. I found that a challenge for several weeks - keep us posted and all the best with being a free runner!

The c25k+ is 3 podcasts, stamina, stepping stone and speed. Stamina is 35 mins of slowly increasing your pace, speed is intervals with 6x1 minute of faster running and stepping stone fools around with your cadence and can be quite challenging. Most people seem to enjoy speed most. It is fun! Enjoy!

Thanks, will do week 9 again this Saturday and next week...

Then start on speed and stamina

I've done the stepping stone one and really enjoyed it, it really increased my speed. Basically she talks you through the pace at which you are running and you gradually increase. Totally doable and I loved having something to focus on. Might try speed next.

That's exactly what I plan on doing once I've graduated before going it alone. Hoping to do W8R1 today and hopefully graduate this month if work or life doesn't get in the way.

Enough talking about myself and wishing you all the very best with the c25k plus. :)
