If you follow the programme, week by week, and take the journey slowly and steadily, you will do this.

The benefits of the programme are incredible. A lot of folk on here are on the NHS Weigh Loss forum too and finding a lot of success with weight loss and fitness levels!

You have made the hardest step, the first one... and if you keep posting, folk on here will be encouraging and supporting you in your goals , all the way! :)

Four stone! No worries. I've lost nearly five and thank heavens for that!

If you keep running and WALKING it'll come off. You have to eat healthily though so good luck!

Walking is great for weight loss. It's unbelievable actually

Thanks for the advice, really appreciate it ! Have been eating healthy, walking and running this past week and lost 4 3/4lbs which I'm very happy with. Hope I'm as successful overall as you 😘😘 xx

Just bear in mind it takes TIME. Like C25k you just have to keep plugging away. Slow but sure. Some weeks you won't lose. Accept it, press on, keep focussed and you'll be fine. You have to have infinite patience and take the long view. You think weight loss takes ages but in the scheme of things it doesn't at all. It will happen quicker for you if you stick to C25k!!!!

Think of your healthy eating regime as for life not just for now. You have to accept that things have to change. That's the hard part.

Good luck with it. Just make sure you stick to your new healthy eating way of life and with C25k and you won't be disappointed. You have to be tough with yourself though!

Welcome aboard !

This programme is sooo worth it , and so are you ...

It is a life changer there's loads of us on here who haven't ran since school ( and even then I tried to get out of it ) so you are in very good company.

We have all been exactly where you are now, so don't worry about asking anything that youre not sure about.

Cool down stretches are really important , as are the rest days.

Good Luck and keep posting, we are all rootin' for you :-) xxx
