Well done. I am also going for week 6 run 3 tomorrow , so I am inspired to hear of your success. I am looking forward to the last few weeks of longer runs /jogs ( I think!) as there will eventually come a point I can call myself a runner. What would my PE teacher have said? I used to walk any time we had to do any distance running at school.

Well done! I just did the same yesterday . This is such a great programme, I would never have thought I could run 25 minutes. And Laura said we're real runners!!!
