Yee Ha, finished week 6 this morning, actually ran 25 minutes !! Did just over 3k, so a little slow but then again , I had never run before a few weeks ago. Love reading the posts which have inspired me.

Well done. I am also going for week 6 run 3 tomorrow , so I am inspired to hear of your success. I am looking forward to the last few weeks of longer runs /jogs ( I think!) as there will eventually come a point I can call myself a runner. What would my PE teacher have said? I used to walk any time we had to do any distance running at school.

Well done! I just did the same yesterday . This is such a great programme, I would never have thought I could run 25 minutes. And Laura said we're real runners!!!
