Wk1r2 hmmm... So this morning was interesting... Had strong words with myself about getting up out of bed early to run before work, both sides had their point to make, the warm snuggly me lost and I headed out. Legs not amused and complained 'we only did this Sunday! What you doing it again for!' felt stiff but loosened up by run 3. had to extend my run route a little bit as I appear to have done it a bit quicker today. Wk1R3 Thu... Unless snuggly me wins...

No fight it and get out. If anything the fresh air does you good, and I do find it very amusing to see how many dog walkers do it in their PJ's, Wellingtons and wax coats.

Don't let snuggly you win, get out there and do it! You will feel amazing, I promise :)

Remember snuggly you can win every other day.

not sure if this is a help or a hinderance but I have been doing this for 15 months or so and I still have the same battles.

I used to religiously get up in the dark and go and loved it but for the last couple of months I just can't do it and snuggly wins by a fall and two submissions on a regular basis. I suspect it might come good again when the light mornings come back.

I am currently trying to defeat it with the pincer tactic of going in the evening work allowing and recently during the day at work as my lunch break (we have a shower at work).

However the fearsome snuggly is placated, as blue boots says, every other day.

Oh guys... Now I definitely can't let snuggly win in the morning... I'll have you lot on my conscience, joining the 'get out of bed girl, run!' motivation team :)
