My husband has very kindly gifted me his polar computer and heart rate monitor (he had an upgrade for his 40th) and I got to test it out this morning on my last run of week 7. I’ve got to say it’s a nifty bit of kit! I linked it up to the polar beat app over the weekend so I was all ready to go!
The (slightly annoying) American computerised voice in my ear every now and again told me how far I’d travelled in what time and my average heart rate! Then when I got home, it had tracked my run just like strava and broken everything down into segments. I mean, I don’t have a clue what it all means, but I’m very impressed! I’m pretty sure most of you will say this is what your gps watch does, but at the moment I don’t have one so I’ll have to keep marvelling at this for a while longer 😂
They’re very interesting to see! Looking forward to seeing the difference now during my final 2 weeks 😱 No I never thought I’d find it interesting- my husband used to go on and an about his and I would roll my eyes 😂 Now he has to listen to me instead 😆
